Purpose:
It is suitable for screen printing of flat hard sheet (diaphragm) shaped printing parts requiring high precision centering and positioning, such as TP window glass, optical diaphragm (FILM), cold light plate/Film (EL), light guide plate, LCD panel, diffusion plate, etc.
 

Features:

Double CCD cameras installed for automatic centering and positioning, with high rigid UVW adjustment platform, fast alignment and high precision;
The screen frame is vertical lifting structure, driven by servo motor, stable lifting and high accuracy of print distance repetition;
Printing motion is guided by high rigidity silent guide rail, driven by servo motor, running smoothly;
Printing configuration off-screen function, suitable for different printing process requirements;
The squeegee is driven by precise sliding cylinder and controlled by electric proportional valve, so that the pressure deviation is within ±3%;
The printing platform materials grinding aluminum , anodic hardening and effective treatment, with high precision and good durability;
Equipped with emergency stop switch, safety grating and open door stop and other safety measures;
Human-machine interface digital control, parameterized setting, easy and quick operation.
