Jst1816 IR Dryer for Glass Screen Printing (Oven)

Fully SUS304 Clean Level 100 to 1800 Convection Drying Screen Printing Conveyor Oven/Tunnel Oven features:    
1.Main machine adopts Standard welding mateial,the heat reflecting cover of hot drier    adopts rlled steel plate baking finish treatment or stainless steel for dients choice.    
2.Conveyor imported speed reducing motor to convey to roll shaft for the glass    cnoveying.roll shaft with high temperature resistant fluorine rubber gasket to guarantee high temperature bearing without scratch.    
3.The oven adopts efficient direct hot air-through drier with built-in thermal cycle system.    
4.The heating part is divided into 3 sections.The temperatur contol adopts digtal display automatic contol device, each parts temperature can be cntroled separately.    
5.External Cylinder lifting System can lift the oven cover to check thte insidie and make it easy maintain.    
6.Inside of the plate adopts advanced heat insulation material to avoid the high temperature to influence the external condition.    7.Attached air filter and waste air exhaustion device can take out exhaust outdoor and    making good enviomont for operators.    
8.Air-cool part adopts high power blower, sufficient air duct to make efficient cooling.It is also equippd with waste gas extraction device.    9.Air filtration system ensures the balance of exhaust between fesh air input, to keep    fresh working environment.

    Spec of Dryer(Tunnel OVEN)                
1    The main structure of the equipment is welded with international standard steel.  
2    The conveying roller is made of seamless steel pipe with a diameter of 48mm (1.88 ").           
3    Kevlar high-temperature rope is wound alternately on the surface of the conveying roller, and the winding pitch is about 150mm (6.1 ").                
4    Rollers distance is 330mm (12.99 ") and Min. size of glass is 700mm (27.55").                          
5    Roller bearing temperature resistance Max. 300 ºC                     
6    Four emergency stop buttons are installed around the equipment, on both sides of the load and unload ends.

3    One main motor 3P 480v/3KW, installed at the end of the unloading section. It adopts frequency conversion stepless speed                 
    regulation control rollers through the external connection of the chain.               
                    
    Oven Groups                
1    Control mode: the control element is temperature controller, the executive element is thyristor (SCR),                 
    the detection feedback element is K-type thermocouple, and the closed-loop control is adopted.                
     
2    Temperature adjustment: each group can be set separately, and the room temperature - 200 ºC is infinitely adjustable.                

3    The length of the heating zone 6000mm (236.22 ") and every 2000mm (86.61") is a heating group, which is divided into three groups.                
     The temperature control system of each heating zone is controlled independently.                

4    Detailed parameters of infrared medium wave tube:
    a. the power of each heating tube is 480v, 4500W.                
    b. Effective heating length 2500mm (98.42 ").b,2500mm(98.42").                
    c. The service life of the lamp tube is about 15000 hours15000

5    Each group of heating area is equipped with 9 infrared medium wave tubes.                    
6    Each group of heating area is equipped with 1 set of hot air circulating fan, a total of 3 sets, each power is 200W (air volume 9.5m3 / min),           
    and each group can be controlled by independent switch.                

7    Each group of heating area is equipped with one exhaust gas discharge fan, with a total of three, each with a power of 200W (air volume of 9.5m3 / min),    and each group can be controlled by independent switch.                
  
8    The space in each hot air section is 0.5m3.                

9    There are two modes of waste gas emission:                 
    a. over temperature waste discharge mode. Waste discharge starts when the measured temperature is higher or equal to the set temperature.       
    b. Regular waste discharge mode, set waste discharge time and interval waste discharge time according to different ink characteristics.                

10    Exhaust air volume regulation: mechanical stepless regulation, with manual waste discharge device for high-temperature gas liquefied liquid.   
11    The inner lead of the hot air hood is made of silicate cotton thermal insulation material with a thickness of 100mm, which has an efficient constant temperature effect,                

12    The external cylinder lifting system of each group of hot air hood can be raised to inspect the interior, which is convenient for maintenance.        The lifting height is 500mm (19.68 "). After the hot air hood is raised, a mechanical safety switch is designed for automatic power-off protection.       
                    
    Cooling                
1    The cooling length of drying air is 4000mm (157.48 "), and every 2000mm (78.74") is an air cooling area,    which is divided into two areas, and each air cooling area is controlled independently.                
    
2    Each air cooling area is evenly divided into 9 sets of axial flow fans, with a total of 18 sets, and each set has a power of 180W (air volume of 34m3 / min)                
                    
    Output Dryer()                
1    speed 4m/min if glass 5-8mm thickness,the exit temperature is about 50 ºC.                

2    speed 3m/min if glass 10-12mm thickness,the exit temperature is about 50 ºC.                
       
3    speed 1.5m/min if glass 13-19mm thickness,the exit temperature is about 50 ºC.
