Automatic R2R Image Correction Screen Printing Machine(CCD Visual Counterpoint) with high speed, high precision printing range widely, suitable for transparent and opaque PET, MYLAR, aluminum foil, thermal transfer paper, special label, IMD, soft electronic materials and other whole roll screen printing machine. Applicable products are as follows: printing such as RFID smart card, electronic books and newspapers, electronic maps, ultra-thin mobile phones, wristband digital watches, display posters, arc-shaped displays, diffusion boards, flexible circuit boards and membrane switches.The machine from unwinding, counterposition, printing, drying, winding to achieve automatic control, easy to operate, easy to quality assurance, easy to operate at the same time, with manual, semi-automatic, automatic and other modes. It can realize segmented control operation, which is partial to segmented adjustment and detection.This machine has high repeatable positioning accuracy, convenient adjustment, and can be very convenient for a variety of sizes and colors of screen printing products. Equipped with drying oven can be very convenient to connect into a full automatic production line.The equipment is with static electricity elimination system, printing material surface dust removal system, corona treatment system, material deviation correction system, tension control system, UV drying system, IR drying system, according to different printing process with different system configuration.
Oven for print drying of TOWER type:
a tower oven with an insulation housing thickness of 80mm at 120ºC condition (more insulation layer more high temperature);
standard oven design three heating zones, each zone of hot air internal circulation is independently controlled, and the temperature in the furnace is uniform.
All guide rollers inside are made of aluminum, with hard oxidized surface, and the material is not scratched;
oven inlet is designed with a vacuum suction roller to ensure stable tension of materials in the furnace;
Oven outlet traction uses a vacuum suction roller to ensure that the material does not scratch;
Automatic die cutting Machine:
die-cutting adopts a CCD automatic positioning system to ensure accurate material die-cutting;
die-cutting function may design full fault and half section according to different product process requirements;
two sets of CCD industrial cameras are used to picture the position of the die-cutting product;
winding drive adopts stepping motor to drive accurately;
die-cutting fully broken product design comes with a deciduar, and the waste is automatically rewound to facilitate sheet delivery;
